TEMA is glad to present our new song "Ty Moya" on New Year's Eve.

...Slow, romantic, a bit sad, yet positive. "Ty Moya" has launched the TEMA group into a new style. "Ty Moya" (You're My) is the start for new names in the Russian show-business scene.

Sunfire (Vladimir Novikov) - The new composer & arranger for TEMA... And Anya Zubko - TEMA's new singer since September, 2008. They've both made an invaluble contribution to TEMA's history, having created this remarkable song. There are no doubts that "Ty Moya" will be added to almost every Russian's audio-library in their computer.

Here's what an American producer & songwriter said, when he was translating the lyrics of "Ty Moya" into English for our English-speaking fans:

Wow!
The lyrics... they're so deep.
So poetic, and tragic, yet hopeful at the same time.
It's such a strange combination.
I was conflicted by contradictory emotions while reading them, and translating them.
It's so hard to describe... But nevertheless, they're easily the best thing you've written for TEMA!

The song title performed by Anya (the lonely Cinderella who came to Moscow to find happiness) can obviously make you think: "Ty Moya (You're Mine...) And what, or whom is it about?" It's likely that some people might not even figure it out after seeing the video, but these questions keep us going. It's likely that "Ty Moya" is the most lyrical and positive of all the songs TEMA has ever created about love. TEMA has made the new song "American Brothers" which has already received a high placing in YouTube's "Top Videos" section. Before you watch the videos, I would like you to know that the song is about the conspiracies of 9/11. As it would appear in the lyrics "The real killers are free," TEMA is calling certain people "killers." This is more of a metaphorical word, as these people never "killed" anyone. It's more like if they had a hand in the tragedy, as the documentary "Loose Change 2nd Edition" would make you believe. And what do we mean by "Chastise the real killers?" Well, how do we want you to chastise them? To vote! I believe with all my heart that America is the greatest country in the world, and the way to keep that is to vote for Barack Obama. I was an enthusiastic Clinton supporter, but it is Barack Obama who now needs our vote. Chastise the current government, by voting for a democrat by the name of Barack Obama.

New Song & Video Premiere

New Song & Video Premiere

TEMA plans to record a new song on October 19th, 2008. The song, along with a video, will be released on October 27th. For the first two weeks, the video will be exclusively played on YouTube, but you'll still be able to watch the video from YouTube links placed on TEMA's blogs on Li.ru, the official site, and on TEMA's MySpace.

The video for TEMA's new song will be made into two versions: English, and a Russian translated version. The concept of the video and song is a secret right now.

There was an applicant to be TEMA's new singer that stood out. Her name is Anya. The new girl sings well, and has come to Moscow by way of Ukraine. Anya has already took part in music projects, so she has a great understanding in the preparation, and vocal process of a group. The contract discussions are currently going on between Anya and TEMA's producer (Maugly Jr.) The contract will be signed after Anya records her first song for TEMA that will be included on TEMA's new album.

TEMA is not just a music group, but also a giant international project. People who have worked with TEMA are not traditional employees. All of them are free artists who have decided to work with TEMA in their own time.

Some of them have worked with us for a few months, and some are still working with us. Everyone who has made even a small contribution to the development of TEMA will never be forgot ton, and we would like to tell you guys about them. Freddy Newton: "I first heard about TEMA when I read a press release that "t.A.T.u. are changing their name to t.E.M.a." I could tell the voices in the project were not of Volkova and Katina, so I searched to find the true vocalists. I came upon the "TEMA" project, and was extremely pleased by their raw talent, production behind their tracks, and meaningful lyrics. I contacted their producer about English-speaking lyrics. Their two creative directors at the time (Maugly Jr. & Natalia Kulesh) were pleased with the lyrics I presented, and an English-speaking colloboration was planned".
In addition to English lyrics for the TEMA project (as well as pitching their songs in English to famous American artists) I have translated press releases in English for the TEMA project, created merchandise with the TEMA logo available for sale in America, and currently run their official MySpace page."

"Freddy's a remarkable friend. It's interesting that a guy from America is so interested in Russian life, and even learned Russian because of that. That deserves admiration. Since TEMA began, Freddy has always been the most devoted friend of our project. Freddy works by handling TEMA's financial business outside of Russia, and I trust him completely. I've never met Freddy personally, yet our conversations forced me to trust him, even though I wouldn't trust a random acquaintance to buy a simple loaf of bread for me. It's a safe bet to say that Freddy is very Russian in nature, even though he lives in America."
